Every Tuesday afternoon there are online group meditations.
These are very much about experiencing relaxation amongst like minded others.

Individual Harp Meditations

A novel way to reduce stress, increase wellbeing and provide some brief respite.
Michael's music-based mindfulness sessions are available online. These sessions are held via Google meet every Tuesday for 50 minutes. They are centred around your individual wellness needs.
